At Tralsi, we strive to provide the best possible translation service. This policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing cycle
  • Annual subscriptions can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund
  • No refunds for partial months or years of service

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Service unavailability for more than 24 hours
  • Technical issues preventing service usage
  • Annual subscription cancellation within 14 days
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Used translation credits
  • Partial months of service
  • Custom glossary creation
  • Team collaboration features
